About me
Naimeh Noori is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in North Vancouver supporting children and youth. She is a current school teacher with over 20 years of experience and a school counsellor supporting children, youth, and families in BC’s School system.
She provides individual counselling in a calm, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment, where children and adolescents feel safe, heard, and understood as they navigate emotional, school, and life challenges. Naimeh believes deeply in journeying alongside young people — offering a steady, caring presence as a supportive witness who honours each child’s unique story and inner strengths.
Naimeh meets each child where they are, tailoring her approach to their developmental, emotional, and nervous system needs. Her work is grounded in somatic and trauma-informed practices, with a strong focus on helping young people build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. She integrates play-based therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution focused therapy, and somatic techniques to support both interpersonal and intrapersonal growth.
